I had a baby recently and went through a prolonged dry period. I didn’t miss alcohol per se, but I did find that I missed the ritual of enjoying the complexity of a nice glass of wine, or having an elegant cocktail as a way to unwind after work, or when connecting with friends. I wanted the relaxation, fun, and sophistication of a drink, without the alcohol.

Champignon Dreams is made with natural ingredients, including strawberry, grapefruit, sherry vinegar, gentian root, blackcurrant, passionflower, green tea, Reishi mushroom, juniper, and tulsi.

So, let me get this straight–there’s no alcohol?

You got it–our apéritifs are entirely non-alcoholic. Instead, in Champignon Dreams we use natural adaptogens like Reishi mushroom and passionflower to help you ease into the evening. 

How do I drink Champignon Dreams?

However you like, really! Champignon Dreams is a juicy and balanced apéritif made to sip straight from a glass, or all done up with citrus and herbs. We prefer it chilled with a bit of garnish–take a page out of our Cocktail Recipes for some ideas on how to enjoy it.

How many glasses should I have?

Your glass, your rules. That said, in order to feel the full effects of our adaptogens, we recommend enjoying three 5oz pours.

So if it’s non-alc, can I drink De Soi when I’m pregnant or driving?

Our apéritifs were designed to be fun for everyone. That said, check with your doctor if you have any questions or concerns about drinking De Soi.

De Soi products contain green tea extract that leaves trace amounts of naturally occurring caffeine. However, the amount is minimal and the beverage has generally calming properties. De Soi products are made to help consumers unwind.

How long does a bottle of Champignon Dreams last?

Our apéritifs are shelf-stable prior to opening. Once popped, a bottle will stay bubbly for about a week. If you don’t finish it in one go, keep it chilled in the fridge after opening.

Best stuff around!!

My neighbor shared with me and I am hooked! Not only does it give you a nice zen feel, you don’t get the side effects of alcohol and this is the best tasting non alcoholic drink I’ve ever had. I haven’t found anything that resembles wine (which I love) until now! Got a membership because it’s a clean drink which I highly value and has an incredible taste
