Ingredients

3 oz Spritz Italiano
Juice of half an orange
Coconut water (to taste)
Lime and orange rind (to taste)
Simple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Garnish: dried lime and orange wedge.

Recipe

Brush simple syrup on edge of glass and roll in lime and orange rind. In glass filled with ice, add remaining lime and orange rind. Juice of half an orange and sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt. Pour in Spritz Italiano and coconut water. Garnish with dried lime and orange wedge.
