  • 2 oz Purple Lune

  • 5-6 fresh blackberries (muddled)
  • 4-5 fresn mint leaves (muddled)
  • Splash of sparkling water (or club soda)
  • Garnish: fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint

Recipe
Muddle (aka gently crush) the blackberries and mint leaves in glass, add Purple Lune and ice, and stir gently. Add sparkling water. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint.
