Spritz Italiano
1 oz hot honey
Half a melogold
Half a lemon
Touch of hot water
Flaky salt

Recipe

Brush glass with hot honey and roll in flaky salt. Fill with ice and the juices of half a melogold and half a lemon. Add 1 oz of hot honey diluted in hot water. Mix in 1 can of Spritz Italiano (made with grapefruit juice for that classic Paloma flavor). Finish with a pinch of salt and garnish with melogold wedge.
