The chill pill of ancient Ayurvedic herbs, ashwagandha is a known rasayana, a restorative botanical that both mellows and sharpens the mind. It's long been given to chronically stressed out people to cut through irritability and fatigue and help them focus. Plus, its history with wine goes way back; rumor has it Alexander the Great once drank a glass tinged with ashwagandha to gear up for battle. We’ll have what he’s having.

Spend enough time cruising wellness blogs and you’ll know that the tart cherry, sweet cherry’s acidic cousin, is a stone cold killer when it comes to kicking the common cold. The fruit does wonders for the body even when it’s not fighting the flu though. Studies have shown that the tart cherry contains melatonin, the naturally occurring substance that helps you fall asleep. Don’t worry – a few glasses of Purple Lune won’t knock you out, but it will help you chill.

Don't know how, but when I drink this during the afternoon, I've found that I don't snack as much before dinner. This has helped me keep more healthy eating habits which could have contributed to me downgrading a pants size! Also - the taste is healthy and rich with flavor at the same time. Not sure how you do it, but this is magic for me.
This is one of the first AF options that I actually really like. I have not found an AF wine alternative that is worth the cost though it seems like those products are improving. Purple Lune is not trying to imitate anything else. I use it as the basis for a mocktail and am fooling around with different recipes. I would love to see more recipes from De Soi itself (I know they exist but find the recipes hard to find and am not sure how many of them there are). It would be fun to have a space where customers can share their own concoctions. But this is a wonderful product, I enjoy it in the evening and it is a wonderful alternative to offer my AF friends when they are over.
At first, the bitter aftertaste was off-putting, but after a few sips,I found that the complexity was exactly what I've been craving in a NA beverage. I soon found myself looking forward to these little beverage treats. I've already ordered 6 bottles of this bad boi and can't wait to receive them! Delicious!
