I had a baby recently and went through a prolonged dry period. I didn’t miss alcohol per se, but I did find that I missed the ritual of enjoying the complexity of a nice glass of wine, or having an elegant cocktail as a way to unwind after work, or when connecting with friends. I wanted the relaxation, fun, and sophistication of a drink, without the alcohol.
Purple Lune is made with natural ingredients, including peach, blackberry, blackcurrant, date syrup, rose, balsamic vinegar, tart cherry, gentian root, vanilla, ashwagandha, green tea, oak, black pepper, pine, and myrrh.
You got it–our apéritifs are entirely non-alcoholic. Instead, in Purple Lune we use natural adaptogens like ashwagandha and tart cherry to fight off fatigue and bring your body back into balance.
However you like, really! Purple Lune is a rich and delicate apéritif made to sip straight from a glass, or all done up with citrus and herbs. We prefer it chilled with a bit of garnish–take a page out of our Cocktail Recipes for some ideas on how to enjoy it.
Your glass, your rules. That said, in order to feel the full effects of our adaptogens, we recommend enjoying three 5oz pours.
Our apéritifs were designed to be fun for everyone. That said, check with your doctor if you have any questions or concerns about drinking De Soi.

Our apéritifs are shelf-stable prior to opening. Once popped, a bottle will stay bubbly for about a week. If you don’t finish it in one go, keep it chilled in the fridge after opening.
A little sweet but very nice drink. I would buy it again. I like to mix it with a little sparkling water.
Tastes great- gives you the feel of enjoyment and relaxation without alcohol. No hangovers, no headaches.
Purple Lune has such an interesting flavor profile that it really feels like you're drinking something special--not just a wine substitute (which I feared would be like grape juice!).
I bought this to share at a girlfriends’ weekend to serve as a “wine break “ to avoid over indulging but still be festive, and it was perfect! It still tasted & felt indulgent and we really enjoyed it. I’ve ordered more for myself since, but wish I could buy it at the store in a pinch.
Like. It is a good substitute for my evening wine.
