Please note: We strongly recommend making these updates a few days before the next charge date, so that the system can apply them in time for your upcoming shipment.

Why does it keep saying it doesn't know what I'm saying?

Our bot is pretty sharp but it doesn’t know too many keywords just yet. Please refer to the keywords at the top of this page for help with that (although Modify Order is always a good place to start). If you need help otherwise, email us at info@drinkdesoi.com.

Are my texts being read by a human?

No, they are being answered by a bot; however, if there are any messages our bot can't understand, they are automatically escalated to our customer service team to assist.

Are my texts being logged and saved somewhere?

Yes. They are being saved to a local, secure database.

Will I receive marketing texts?

Subscription texts are different than marketing texts, so don’t worry! You won’t receive marketing texts unless you have previously opted-in to those.
