How it works
To connect with our SMS Concierge, make sure to opt in to SMS on your account page or at checkout. Once you’re set up, you can manage everything from your phone.
We’ll text to remind you when your next order is about to ship, and to make sure you have everything you need. You, however, can text us these commands at any hour of any day:
Start: Enroll to receive SMS messages
Stop: Unenroll from receiving SMS messages
Help: Contact customer support for help
Info: Get information about upcoming order
Modify Order / Modify: Modify upcoming order
Skip Order / Skip: Skip upcoming order
End Subscription / Cancel: Cancel subscription
Reactivate: Reactive subscription

Please note: We strongly recommend making these updates a few days before the next charge date, so that the system can apply them in time for your upcoming shipment.
