GOLDEN HOUR
Think of Golden Hour the same way you would a crisp white. She’s dry, she’s zesty, and she works well with foods like lemony labneh, delicate shortbread, and even french fries (yup–all that light and bright balances out salty, greasy foods like a dream!) And of course, like any crisp white, Golden Hour pairs perfectly with fish. Think sushi, sole piccata, and tinned sardines.
CHAMPIGNON DREAMS
Champignon Dreams is funky, so it goes best with a meal that can pack its own punch. We love sipping it alongside mushroom risotto to amp up the umami notes, olives and cheese for full funkadelic deliciousness, and Thai food for a real flavor party in your mouth. Thai ingredients like lime leaf and tamarind make fast friends with its juicy, fruity vibe.
PURPLE LUNE
Purple Lune is puuuure decadence. Do with that what you will, but for us? We like ours with food that feels just as fancy as what’s in our cup. Radishes with good butter (sorry, no exceptions there), dates with a little dark chocolate, and for the big event: we’re going either steak au poivre or some kind of red sauce pasta situation. Bring your friends.
